The versatile Roofline Systems compare in prime installed cost with traditional materials with the benefit of a reduced labour content. The self-finished maintenance-free surface ensures a high performance installation of lasting benefit to the property owner.

Fascias and soffits comprise a core of cellular PVC with an integral co-extruded skin of solid PVC kitemarked to BS7619 Class 1.

Smooth semi-gloss surface in white. All major profiles are film protected during transport and installation.

Two styles of fascia/bargeboard in widths ranging from 150mm to 450mm in 25mm increments.

Flat soffit board in widths from 100mm to 400mm (cladding systems may also be used for wide soffits).

The soffit and fascia ventilator systems give the equivalent of 10mm or 25mm of clear airspace per metre.

All extrusions are 5.0m long.

Fittings are supplied with the extrusions and mouldings to facilitate installation and maximise economy of use.

Plastic headed stainless steel nails and screws (BS6105 A.4. grade marine use below the waterline) are used at prescribed centres.

Roofline products are available in Mahogany as well as white. Other specialist finishes can be obtained.
